Florata: An Afternoon of Beauty, Gratitude & Connection at Bar Amorina
On October 4th we hosted Florata at Bar Amorina to be a celebration of skincare, haircare, and community — and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect afternoon!
With nearly 100 guests in attendance, the energy was radiant from start to finish. Hosted in collaboration with my incredible hairstylist @colorbytoni, the event was all about gratitude, education, and connection — bringing together our amazing clients and community for a shared experience of beauty and wellness.
An Experience of Skincare and Self-Care
Throughout the afternoon, I offered mini hand facials featuring the luxurious Sorella Apothecary line. Guests were able to see, smell, and feel the difference of high-quality, clean skincare products while I walked them through their benefits and shared personalized recommendations.
These mini treatments opened up some truly meaningful conversations about skincare rituals, self-care, and the importance of nourishing the skin from the inside out. It was a joy to connect with everyone on such a personal level and introduce more people to the Sorella Apothecary philosophy.
Haircare Meets Holistic Beauty
Toni, my talented hairstylist partner for the event, brought the artistry of Davines haircare to life — sharing tips, product knowledge, and her passion for sustainable beauty. Together, we gave guests the opportunity to explore both skincare and haircare through a holistic, hands-on experience.
Each guest left with a deluxe goodie bag filled with full-sized Sorella Apothecary and Davines products, allowing them to continue the experience at home.
A Beautiful Day to Celebrate
The event ambiance was pure magic. We set up at Bar Amorina, where the weather was absolutely perfect — sunny, warm, and filled with good vibes.
Guests enjoyed a complimentary charcuterie spread and our signature drink of the day: a spiced wine spritzer, thoughtfully paired to reflect Sorella’s Spiced Wine Toner. The sensory connection between the product and the drink was a hit — a perfect harmony of scent, taste, and theme.
Connection, Music & Gratitude
We had a photobooth set up to capture the joy and beauty of the day, and our very own Borahm Lee kept the atmosphere flowing with vibrant, uplifting music that perfectly complemented the event’s energy.
Toni and I took a moment to introduce each other and express our heartfelt gratitude for our clients, friends, and everyone who helped us make the event possible. The love and support in the room were palpable — a true reminder of why we do what we do.

The Florata Event was more than just an afternoon of beauty — it was a gathering of community, gratitude, and self-expression. Seeing everyone come together to learn, laugh, and connect left us both inspired and deeply thankful.
