Etiquette

Thank you so much for booking with Glow With Ida. I would like to remind you of a few items of etiquette to keep in mind prior to your appointment:


Cancellation Policy

100% of your service fee will be charged to your card on file for any no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time. 


Age Requirement

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent.


Cancellations

Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before your appointment time and can be done online or by contacting your practitioner via phone call, text or email.

Your card on file will be charged 100% of your service price if you cancel or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Of course I understand extenuating circumstances and am a reasonable human! If your grace period for canceling an appointment has lapsed please still give me a call to discuss your situation.

Your treatment is reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you please respect my scheduling policies.


Inclement Weather

My standard policy is that appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will forfeit their booking payment. During the winter months, I am willing to make an exception to that rule. I never want my clients to travel if you believe it to be unsafe or impossible for you to make your appointment. During these instances you may reschedule within the 24-hour window and your booking payment will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.


Arrival Time

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service and incorporate a 10 minute grace period. Please understand that your late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience for you. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments.


Product Return Policy

It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care products for your home use. In the event that you purchase any products from me and find them to be defective, I will gladly exchange any product for you within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. Unfortunately I cannot provide cash refunds but I can provide a credit to be used on any other products or treatments.
